Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Lost Shipments
All refund, replacement, and exchange claims are only valid for 30 days after receiving an item. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted. We do not accept returns.
If the wrong item was sent to you or the item is of poor quality, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require certain information from you in order to start your claim, so please provide anything that is asked to ensure we can help you as best as possible. Each claim will be assessed on a case by case basis, so it is not guaranteed that a claim will be accepted. In the case a claim is accepted, either a replacement item will be sent or a refund will be issued, whichever you prefer.
If an item does not fit, we will offer an exchange of the item once the item is shipped back to us for inspection. If the item shows damage or significant signs of wear, your exchange may be denied. The shipping cost to return the item is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we have received and the item is deemed in acceptable condition, an exchange for the new size will be made.
