    Episode Description

We have entered double digits for episode count! Host Nathan Park dives into the intricacies of post play, something that isn’t practiced as much as it should be with how much goalies are in and out of their posts during the game. Proper situational use of the overlap, standing post play, and the RVH is discussed as well as best practices for a good seal on the post. At the end of the day, work on post play as much as you can since most post play troubles goalies have are from being unsure and uncomfortable on their posts. You can take a look at some post play drills that we have in our drills sections.
