    Larissa Mills is our guest this week and she has a Masters of Science in Education with a background on Sociology, Psychology, and Behavioural Education. We sit down and talk about how excessive phone and social media usage has negative effects on performance and life in general. We talk about effects on sleep, mental well being, emotional well being, and attention spans.

    There are some things that we can do to improve our phone usage that Larissa mentions. For example, developing healthy phone habits, increasing socialization with those around us, and reducing the social media usage for the keeping up with the Joneses feeling. This can help improve your overall mood and your mental state which is a big component of high level performance.
