Since we are a small operation, we may have to wait for some time to get your clothing item in to process your order. Please allow up to 10 days for production of your order in case we do have to order an item in before production.

This depends on region, however, it should take anywhere from 3-8 business days for shipping. For orders within North America, any order not received within 14 days of shipping, please reach out to info@thediygoalie.com and we can get in touch with our shipment partners.

For international orders outside of North America, shipping times can vary greatly. If you have questions about expected time, please reach out to us at info@thediygoalie.com. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order if there is an expected delay.

Free shipping is available in North America on orders of $150 USD or higher, and internationally on orders of $200 USD or higher.

Shipping cost will vary based on order size and location. Our cart and checkout page both have real time shipping quotes with our partners to show you what the cost will be.

We also offer free pickup in Leduc, Alberta, for local orders.

Depending on your region and country and how they handle imported goods, there may be additional import, duty, or customs fees. Your postal service provider will contact you as required for any of these additional fees.

All refund, replacements, and exchanges are only valid within 30 days of receiving the item. We do not accept returns.

If you receive the wrong product or if there is an issue with an item or print quality, please contact us at info@thediygoalie.com and we will provide either a refund for the item or a replacement item if your claim is accepted.

For items that are correct but do not fit properly, we can offer an exchange only once we receive the initial item to inspect for damage or wear.
