Small Adjustment Option

()

Goalie starts on post and pushes out to be set on the coach. Coach takes puck and goes around pylon to either side to take a high shot to the
sameside as the side the coach goes to (short side shot if coach goes to the short side, far side shot if they go to the far side). Goalie must make a
small adjustment to the side the coach pulls the puck to and tracks rebound, and then resets on the pile of pucks.

Coach then curls back, picks up another puck from the pile, and goes around the other side of the pylon, goalie adjusts to stay seton puck,
coach shoots anywhere, play out the rebound.
Switch sides after a few reps.

Key Points

  • Small adjustments to stay square and set
  • proper save execution and tracking
  • battle on the rebounds
