around the cone from forward to backward skating. The goalie then backward skates around the middle cone to another cone in the triangle.
They then transition from backwards to forwards around the cone. The goalie forward c-cuts around the middle cone again and then towards
thelastcone in the triangle, and transitions around that cone from forward to backward. Continue this movement pattern with the transitions
for aslongasappropriate. Ensure goalie maintains proper stance during the c-cuts.
